lost_akasha's Rest in Pieces. It's DB/TJT/JB/CK. Heed warnings and links to the inspirations. Because I think it's pretty damn cool doesn't mean you will. I seem to be overusing cool these days.

On September 1, all of fandom here on IJ posts a piece of art or writing that has some sort of smut factor. It can be implied, it can be graphic, it can be raunchy, it just needs to be.
Why?
Because after all the censorship issues, fandom needs to bring back the p0rn!
Don't tell me you can't- one sentence, a doodle, all of it will do.

Tuesday
Today I am using Firefox; it seems to be loading much quicker than AOL although that is virtually back to normal now I've tweaked a bit and my backup service has also mended itself though I did contact customer services about it going wonky. Mind you, they never acknowledged anything, I just noticed the icon had gone back to the proper colour. I'm still waiting for the e-mail to reset my password.
What else? It's still cold and bleak here but I'm going to Yvette's for coffee this afternoon so that will be cheering, especially as I go armed with profiteroles and her husband is making me a loaf of bread. I don't normally eat white bread apart from a local delicacy called stotty cake (stotty is a local word that means bounce. I suppose it applies because the bread is round and flat.), but Alan has a breadmaker and makes the best onion bread in the world. One slice in the toaster and some butter on it and I wouldn't call the Queen my aunt.
No mousey last night but I'm not counting my chickens yet.
What else? I'm Back!
Yes, well, you might not think I've been anywhere but the trauma. My internet connection decided not to work. I battled for 6 hours on Saturday night and couldn't save it. So I had to start again. Consequently I lost all bookmarks, all saved email with various useful bits of information in them and the ability to sleep. Now I'm back and slowly rebuilding. With any luck the same thing will happen as the last time I had a meltdown and the favourites list will magically reappear. I hope so cos I had some individual posts on there from when I didn't have a journal.
A lot of things happened today.
It won't let me bullet!
* After 3 hours sleep I woke up feeling rather queer and bathed in sweat. I then proceeded to throw up 3 times over an hour.
* 8.30 Sky man phoned to say he would arrive between 11 and 1. Feeling a bit better, I nibbled on a dry brown bread bun.
* Durham had to wait for the rain to clear to complete their first one day final victory, admittedly on a 2nd day but they were never in difficulty. Collingwood took three key wickets but Ottis Gibson was correctly name man of the match.
* The Sky man arrived at 11.10 and fixed me up with HD in less than an hour so I was able to see the closing overs in brilliant quality pictures. I followed this up with two football games. Aaah can't wait for Bones.
* Managed to eat most of my dinner.
I will draw a veil over Saturday.
Horrid wet weather all day today. You would never guess it was the middle of August. I have the heating on and I am struggling to see my keyboard in the gloom and it's only 7 o'clock! The nights are certainly drawing in.
For those following my mousecapades I've caught another two. Bugger!

Well there's a thing. Thanks to some correspondence on sueworld2003's LJ I have got a header and things. It was so easy even I could do it. And I'm quite pleased except for the title colour which won't show up too well whatever I do. Quite pretty though.

Progress
Well I've found some useful pages and uploaded some piccies and changed the look and so on. Whether I'll do much on here is debatable but it's here if needed. Actually, it looks very nice and I've got a background so I might use this for trial runs of things as it looks very similar in how to use it to lj. Except all my friends are still there. Apart from Ducks. Hmm.
I'd like to use this now. But I don't know how. Will think.
